Dr. Noel Perez serves as Apostle of Glory Ministries Global and Sr. Pastor of Glory Ministries Church in Houston, Texas, a non-denominational ministry. Dr. Noel Pérez is a charismatic leader, visionary, thinker, provocative entrepreneur as well as an educator. He extends a helping hand to those in need, the heart of compassion for those who are suffering, and the message of empowerment for the oppressed and disenfranchised. Dr. Noel has been able to reach people from all socioeconomic backgrounds, races, nationalities, and creeds. He also empowers communities through the ministry programs he oversees, including Bridging the Divide & Glory Ministries Bible College.

He is the founder and CEO of Bridging the Divide an organization that helps with low-income families and youth through education, counseling, and mentorship. As an educator; he is the Chancellor of Glory Ministries Bible College which prepares people for the calling of ministry on their lives.

Dr. Perez is in great demand as a speaker in churches across America and around the world. In addition to his ministry leadership responsibilities, he regularly travels preaching at revival meetings, conferences, partner meetings and other special services nationally and internationally.

His ministry extends on television and radio, as well as an evangelist, educator, and humanitarian. His business in the private sector has also received accolades from different cities, such as a Proclamation from the City of Houston, and Houston's Best Brightest Companies.

Dr. Perez has a Doctorate of Divinity and PhD. in Religious Philosophy from TBCS and a Ph.D. in Organizational Management from AUGP.
